Where a basin has no counter, a cup mounted on the rim gives toothbrushes and a rinse glass a home without a separate shelf. This one is made in AISI 304 stainless steel, the standard corrosion resistant grade for interior washrooms, so it survives being tipped, rinsed and dropped into a cleaning bucket. It is fixed to a flat deck, so it suits a solid surface top, a tiled ledge or the rim of a ceramic basin where a flat bearing surface exists.
Fit the cup to a flat deck with the fixings supplied, checking that the surface is clean and that the base sits square so the seal compresses evenly. It shares four finishes with the wider accessory range, so a basin can be specified with its cup in the same metal as the tap. The fixing detail and the deck thickness required are not recorded and should be confirmed with the supplier.
