Where the sink sits under a window or against a tiled wall, the fitting has to come off the worktop altogether. This set lifts the whole tap arrangement onto the wall: the mixer, the pull out spout and the water connection are supplied as one assembly and meet the pipework at the same point. Cast in AISI 316L, the grade of steel specified for marine and high humidity conditions, the bodies shrug off the standing damp of a kitchen and the salt-laden air of a coastal address.
Concealed pipework feeds the assembly directly from the wall, so the installer sets out from the finished tiling and leaves the worktop free of fittings. The project is easiest to specify in a single finish, chosen against the appliances and the sink bowl, since the mixer, spout and connection are matched bodies. Ask for the set at the same time as the sink, so the wall positions can be set out in one visit.
