This concealed mounting block is the fixing point set into the floor before a Tubico floor-standing shower column goes in. It sits below the finished floor level, taking the load and lateral force of the standing column so the column itself stays rigid once fitted, rather than relying on the tiled floor alone. Because it is entirely hidden after installation, it carries no finish of its own and is specified once, at first fix, alongside the column it will support.
Because the block sits under the finished floor, it carries no visible finish, and Tubico's 2026 catalogue does not list this exact code, so no material grade or dimension can be confirmed here — check the current spec sheet or ask Fontea before ordering. Position and orientation should follow the shower column manufacturer's fixing template, since the block must line up with the column that stands above it once the floor is finished.
