Thermostatic designer shower column with riser rail in 316L stainless steel

A thermostatic shower column brings the riser rail, controls, hand shower and overhead head together in one wall-mounted unit, built for a walk-in shower or wetroom rather than a bath surround. The column is machined from AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing marine grade that shrugs off chlorides from seawater, chlorinated pool water and constant cleaning, which is why it turns up in coastal homes, spa suites and hotel bathrooms rather than plated brass.

Specification and installation

The column fixes to the wall as a single riser, feeding the fixed 200mm head and the handset from a shared G1/2" thermostatic valve with non-return protection. The anti-limescale handset runs on a 1600mm hose, and the head lifts out for descaling rather than swapping. Specify Brushed for a matte finish or a PVD colour to match Tubico's wider Wellness range, and it carries a two-year warranty.
