A thermostatic shower mixer holds the outlet temperature steady whatever the hot and cold supplies are doing, which is why it is the fitting a hotel, a rental or an accessible bathroom is built around. This one is concealed in the wall, so only the controls and the handle show on the finished tile. It is made in AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing grade that tolerates the chloride and constant wetting of a shower enclosure.
It is fitted into the wall with the body and connections buried, so the installer sets the position and the pipework is chased out behind one finished face. Brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta are offered, so the mixer suits a plain stainless bathroom or a designed en suite.
