A freestanding towel rail takes the towel storage off the wall entirely, standing on its own base beside a bath or a shower. This one is drawn in AISI 304 stainless steel, the standard corrosion resistant grade for interior washrooms, so it holds up to humidity, splashback and daily handling without pitting. Specify it where a fixed rail would foul a tiled wall, or where the layout changes and the fittings need to move with it.
The rail stands on its own weighted base and is positioned after the floor and wall finishes are complete, which makes it easy to align with a bath screen or a shower tray. It carries the same four finishes as the rest of the bathroom fittings, so a scheme can be scheduled from a single metal and finish. Because the base takes the load, check the floor level is flat before setting it in place.
