Wall Mounted Bathtub Filler With Spout

A freestanding or wall hung bath often has nowhere to put a tap, so the filler comes out of the wall instead. This set is exactly that: a mixer to control the water and a spout to deliver it, both fitted into an alcove beside the bath or into the tiled wall behind it. The body is AISI 316L stainless steel, chosen where a bath is left full of water in a hotel or a private residence. Five finishes are held for the range.

Specification and installation

Set the spout into a recess lined with tile or stone so water runs back into the bath rather than down the wall, and bury the supply pipes behind. The outlet should finish a little above the maximum fill line, which is a decision for the client and the installer together. The supplier can confirm the connection size and the projection of the spout from the finished face.
