A bathrobe is heavier and wider than a hand towel, and a light duty hook will not carry it for long. This wall mounted robe hook is made in AISI 304 stainless steel, the standard corrosion resistant grade for interior washrooms, so the metal body takes the weight and shrugs off the steam. Specify it in a hotel room, a changing room or a main bathroom where a robe hangs behind the door, and take the finish that matches the towel rail a few feet away.
Screw the hook to a structural wall or suitable backer rather than to tile alone, and place it at a height a robe clears the floor at. The four finishes come from the same set as the wider range, allowing one metal across a whole room. Load rating and fixing detail are not recorded and should be confirmed with the supplier before hanging heavy garments.
