A wall-mounted shower arm is the fixed link between the supply pipework and the shower head, and it is one of the few fittings in a shower room a hand touches every single day, which makes its resistance to corrosion worth as much attention as the valve hidden behind the wall. At 400mm long and machined in AISI 316L stainless steel, this arm holds a head well clear of the wall and copes with the steam, condensation and cleaning chemicals of a coastal bathroom or a commercial shower block without the plating on cheaper brass arms starting to blister.
Fit the arm directly to a G1/2 inch wall outlet; the 400mm length suits a standard ceiling height without the head sitting too close to the wall or too far into the room. It ships in Brushed, Copper PVD, Black PVD or Gold PVD, so a shower room can carry one finish from the arm through to the mixer and the towel rail rather than mixing a plain chrome accessory into a coloured scheme.
