45 mm exposed thermostatic shower mixer in 316L stainless steel

This wall-mounted thermostatic shower mixer locks outlet temperature at 38°C, so a scald risk from a sudden pressure drop elsewhere in the building is designed out rather than left to the user's reflexes, a real consideration in shared or unsupervised bathrooms. Tubico builds the 45mm body in AISI 316L stainless steel rather than plated brass, and backs the cartridge with non-return valves and a limescale-resistant system so performance holds up in hard-water areas.

Specification and installation

Installation is wall-mounted and exposed, on standard G1/2” pipework spaced at roughly 150mm centres and adjustable by around 20mm, so it drops into most existing shower connections without moving pipework. Tubico includes the 38° safety block as standard rather than as an accessory. Specify it alongside Tevere's other exposed and concealed shower valves, available in the same four finishes, to keep taps and shower fittings matched throughout a bathroom.
