Fitted to the wall inside the shower enclosure, this single-lever mixer switches on and sets temperature at one point, feeding the shower outlet directly rather than routing through a concealed valve behind the tiling. Tubico machines the 45mm body from AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing marine grade that resists chloride pitting where plated brass corrodes, making it a safer specification for coastal properties, spas and busy hotel bathrooms. The G1/2” connection matches standard UK shower supply pipework.
The mixer surface-mounts to the wall and connects on G1/2” pipework, so no concealed valve body or chased-in plumbing is required, which is useful on a refit where the wall cannot easily be opened. Match it to Loira's other exposed fittings in the same finish for a coordinated wet room, or step up to the range's built-in and thermostatic mixers where a fully concealed installation is preferred instead.
