Where a project wants a complete surface-mounted shower without chasing pipework into the wall, this exposed column carries everything in one AISI 304 stainless steel assembly: a round overhead shower head, a mechanical mixer, a built-in diverter and a hand shower kit. Choosing solid stainless over a plated column matters here because the whole run stays on show — brushed 304 keeps its surface through years of splashing and cleaning in a way plated brass does not. It belongs to the Nilo collection.
The column surface-mounts to the wall on G1/2-inch connections and needs no concealed valve body, which is what makes it suited to retrofits and light commercial refits over new-build work. The diverter is mechanical rather than thermostatic, so temperature is set by hand at the mixer, and the whole assembly is supplied in a Brushed finish to sit alongside other Nilo fittings.
