Freestanding bath mixer in 316L stainless steel

A freestanding bath filler stands away from any wall, so the 52 mm diameter column and its recessed connection do the work a concealed valve would otherwise do, with pipework running up through the floor rather than out of a wall behind the bath. Pulling the diverter sends water to a hand shower on a 1600 mm hose, returning to the spout automatically once released. The column is 316L stainless steel, chosen for a fitting that stands permanently in a wet zone.

Specification and installation

The 52 mm column connects via a recessed part below floor level and a G1/2" supply, so first-fix pipework needs planning before the floor is finished. The spout carries an M24x1 anti-limescale aerator, and the mixer is offered in Brushed, Copper PVD, Black PVD and Gold PVD to match other Tevere pieces in the room.
