Four hundred millimetres square is a statement fitting: a single overhead head that turns a wet room into a place to stand under rather than step into. The plate is a clean 4 mm slab with no visible housing, the spray face adjusts to the position of the user, and the nozzles are soft. AISI 316L stainless steel throughout the body, the molybdenum-bearing grade that tolerates salt air, chlorine and constant heat without staining the plate.
A plate this size needs a dedicated feed rather than a branch off a mixed shower loop, and the fall must be planned so the water lands inside the drain. Support it on a vertical arm, a ceiling dropper or a concealed bracket, then seal the perimeter to the tile. Specify brushed stainless steel or polished stainless steel. Weight, thread and load requirements are not recorded, so confirm them on the drawing.
