Three shut-off valves is a layout for a room that has outgrown a simple pair. A thermostatic mixer with three isolation valves, on half inch connections, all concealed behind the finished wall, gives a wet room or a high-end shower room more than one controlled outlet, and lets the installer take one branch down without draining the rest. The bodies are AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing grade, for a valve run that will sit unseen behind a tile for the life of the building.
Draw the four positions as one line before boarding, and confirm the body depth against the wall build-up. The spacing has to work with the tile module, or the trim sits awkwardly against a joint. Finishes run brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta.
