The material decision comes first here: a bath rim sits in splashback, in a hotel bathroom cleaned twice a day. AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing grade, was chosen for it. Mixer and spout are supplied as a pair and both stand on the tub deck, so the wall behind the bath is left as plain as the tiler left it.
Both components are fitted through the tub rim and fed from the same deck supply, so the two holes are set out at once and the spout kept centred over the bath. The pair suits a roll-top bath with a flat rim. It is offered in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta. No cut-out sizes, projections or inlet threads are recorded, so check them against the bath before ordering.
