Fill the bath from the rim rather than the wall, and the spout is the part that makes it work. Cast in AISI 316L stainless steel, the molybdenum-bearing grade that keeps its surface through standing water and daily cleaning. The wall is left clear for a diverter, a shower rail or an unbroken run of tiling, and the supply is hidden under the tub rather than chased into it.
The spout stands on the tub deck and takes its supply from the mixer already fitted to the bath, so the feed is routed through the rim rather than the wall. Specify it in a refurbishment where re-chasing a wall would be costly. Order it to match a wall mounted set from the same range.
