A basin that stands on the counter has no wall behind it to hang from, so the water has to arrive from somewhere else. This freestanding spout is that somewhere else: a slim column rising from the counter itself and discharging over a counter mounted or semi inset washbasin. It suits a compact cloakroom where a wall mounted outlet would foul the door, and a boutique hotel vanity with a stone top. The column is AISI 316L stainless steel, a grade that tolerates daily drips, cleaning chemicals and salt air.
Fixed down through the worktop with the supply rising inside the base unit, and fitted after the stone is in place. Order in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD or Tinta, and pair it with a separate deck mounted mixer so the controls share its finish. Drill to the template supplied with the fitting and check the pop-up waste clears the column before the top is cut.
