Often the mixer and the valve that isolates it are bought separately and then found not to match. This pair removes the question: a half inch thermostatic mixer arrives with its matching half inch shut-off valve, so the valve holds the same finish and the same metal as the control it serves. The exposed parts are AISI 316L, the molybdenum bearing grade, which resists chloride and damp in a busy shower.
Both pieces mount on the wall and connect at half inch, with the valve placed on the branch it isolates so that mixer can be shut off independently for servicing. Fit them before the tiling is finished so both sit in the same plane. Because the pair is matched, it needs no cross referencing against a separate valve. It is finished in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD or Tinta. Dimensions are not published, so confirm them before ordering.
