On a tiled or stone shower wall, the spout is the piece the eye settles on, and this one is built to be looked at as well as used. It projects from the wall to deliver the water, with the supply hidden behind the surface, and the body is AISI 316L stainless steel throughout. That grade carries molybdenum, which is what gives it its resistance to chloride, so a coastal hotel, a spa or a wet room sees a spout that keeps its finish year after year instead of pitting at the outlet.
The spout is fitted during the second fix, once the wall is tiled, and its projection sets how far the water is thrown into the shower, so the installer sets the position before the grout goes down. Its 316L stainless steel body is the choice for high-humidity rooms and for anywhere the air carries salt. Brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta are all available, and the wall reads as a set when the mixer and diverter are specified alongside.
