Where the head hangs from a soffit rather than the wall, this is the drop that makes it possible: a 100 mm vertical arm fixed overhead, holding the spray clear of the plaster and above the drain, with no wall outlet left to clash with the tiling. The material is AISI 316L stainless steel, the grade used in wet rooms that run hot, humid and unsupervised, where a plated arm pits within a season and stains the ceiling line around it.
Measure the finished ceiling before ordering, as the arm length sets the height of the spray. It takes a head at the lower end and a prepared outlet or elbow above, and can be finished in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD or Tinta to match the rest of the shower. Inlet size, plate and thread are not published for this reference, so take the fixing detail from the drawing.
