Reach is what a wet room arm is judged on, and this one measures 400 mm from a flat plate fixed to the wall, which is enough to put a head or a handset over the shower floor instead of against the tile. The plate fixes square to the wall and the arm runs out from it; the body is AISI 316L stainless steel, the marine grade that stands up to wet, warm and salty environments and keeps the joint from staining long after the room has been handed over.
Set the arm level with the spray zone, anchor the plate into sound substrate, then grout and seal the perimeter so the wall stays dry behind it.
