This is the bathtub set for a wall that has to do two jobs. The mixer and spout fill the bath, and the two-way diverter lets the same valve send water to a hand shower, so a guest can rinse without a second set of controls. Everything is concealed in the wall, leaving the bath rim bare and only a handle and spout on the tiled surface. The set is AISI 316L stainless steel, chosen for a wall splashed daily where the visible trim must not corrode.
The valve, diverter and spout are built into the wall at first fix and trimmed out after tiling, leaving only the handle and spout showing above the bath. The two-way diverter lets one valve cover both the filler and a hand shower, the usual arrangement where the bath sits below the shower outlet. The 316L stainless steel body resists the corrosion of a plated fitting, and the set is offered in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta.
