A floor standing bath spout fills a tub from the deck beside it, so the rim stays free of any tap and the bath reads as a single sculptural object in the room. That is the specification for a freestanding bath in a hotel suite or residential bathroom where the tub is the feature, and it keeps running water off a narrow rim where a deck-mounted filler would be awkward. The body is AISI 316L stainless steel, the grade that tolerates both the splashing of a bath and the chloride in coastal air.
The spout is fed from the floor beside the tub, so the installer runs and waterproofs the supply in the deck before the bath is set, and the spout is fixed once the position is confirmed. Its 316L stainless steel body is chosen for bathroom and poolside settings where a plated fitting would stain. It is supplied in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD and Tinta, and is controlled by the matching bath mixer, concealed or freestanding as the layout requires.
