Freestanding Shower Column with Mixer and Overhead Head

Some bathrooms have no wall to fix a shower to, because the plumbing comes up through the floor or because the wall is glass. This column stands on the tray, carries its own mixer and feeds a 200 mm shower head from above, so the installation is one riser coming out of the floor. It is deliberately simple: mixer and head, nothing else. Anyone who also wants a hand shower should take the column that adds a diverter, a hand shower and a flexible hose, because the mixer here has only the overhead outlet to serve. The body is AISI 316L, the molybdenum-bearing grade, which is why it copes with a hotel bathroom.

Specification and installation

The riser is fixed to the floor within the tray and the head sits at the top, so check the ceiling height against the bather before the riser is cut. The mixer is at working height and the head discharges from above it.
