Where the tile stops and the basin begins, the spout has to cross the gap. This one projects 230 mm from the wall, which is the reach that lands water in the middle of a basin without the user leaning in over a splashback. Specify it against a wall-hung or semi-recessed basin where the basin sits tight to the tile, and where a short outlet would leave the stream hitting the back of the bowl. The fitting is cast in AISI 316L stainless steel, the grade specified for bathrooms that see salt water, steam and constant handling, and the same finish language runs right across the range.
Concealed installation, fixed through a single rose with the supply feeding from within the wall. Order in brushed stainless steel, polished stainless steel, deep grey, gold PVD or Tinta, and match it to a separate wall mixer so the two finishes agree. Set the fixing height against the finished tile, not the screed, and have the plumber confirm the in-wall route before the wall is closed.
