The spout is often the fitting a client looks at twice. Where a bathroom is fully tiled in a large format, a fat spout interrupts the grout line and reads as a mistake rather than a detail. This one is slimmer: 34 mm across the body with a 230 mm reach, so the outlet still clears the rim of a standard bath but the profile stays out of the way on the wall. It is AISI 316L stainless steel, solid metal rather than a plating over a lighter core.
The spout is fitted at the pipe exit on the finished face, alongside the mixer, and its reach is what the installer sets the pipe position around. Check that reach against the bath before tiling, because moving the pipe after the surround is fixed is the expensive way to correct it. Order the finish once for the whole run so spout, mixer and diverter agree.
